Provify is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) case documentation and practice management platform designed exclusively for use by licensed and training dental professionals. The Service enables users to:
Provify is a documentation tool only. It does not provide professional advice, does not interact with patients, and does not constitute a healthcare service.
The Service is intended solely as a documentation and record-keeping tool for qualified dental professionals. Nothing within the Service constitutes professional or dental advice. All professional decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed professional using the Service. Provify expressly disclaims any responsibility for decisions made by users.
AI-generated clinical notes and documents produced by the Service are drafts only. The clinician is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use in any official, clinical, or legal context. Provify accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
The Service is intended for use by dental professionals, including dental students, interns, residents, general dentists, and specialists. By registering, you confirm that you are enrolled in or have completed an accredited dental programme. Use of the Service by individuals outside this category is not permitted.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at app.provify@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Provify offers a 14-day free trial and a paid Pro subscription available at $9 USD per month or $69 USD per year. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant Provify a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
You must not enter any patient-identifiable information into the Service. The Service is designed for clinician-side documentation only. Any breach of this condition is your sole responsibility.

All content, design, code, and features of the Service are the intellectual property of Provify Technologies LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Provify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at app.provify@gmail.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
